To maintain this guarantee, your new puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up. If the puppy is found to be unfit for sale, you may return the puppy within the 72-hour period for a full refund. A written statement from your vet detailing the reasons for the return is required. Please note that the breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the buyer.
To protect your puppy from communicable diseases, it is recommended to avoid public facilities, parks, pet stores, and pet rest stops until the puppy has completed the 3rd round of vaccinations at 12 to 15 weeks of age. Owners should keep the puppy at home and away from other dogs to prevent exposure to parvovirus and other infectious illnesses. Puppy training classes should also be postponed until all immunizations are completed.
Your puppy is guaranteed against any life-threatening genetic or hereditary defects for 1 year. If such a defect is discovered within that time, a replacement puppy will be provided free of charge, subject to availability. A written statement from a licensed veterinarian is required to outline the life-threatening issues. Note that minor issues such as hernia, over/underbite, undescended testicles, internal or external parasites, allergies, and communicable diseases are not covered by this guarantee.
Please be aware that your new puppy is intended to be a family pet and companion animal, not for breeding or any other purposes. Unless otherwise specified, the puppy should be spayed or neutered once it reaches maturity (6-7 months but no later than 1 year old).
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the puppy maintains a healthy weight and should avoid activities that may strain or negatively impact the joints. It is recommended to provide nutritious and high-quality food for the puppy.
Both sellers and buyers are expected to adhere to the terms of this agreement.
